This Page will highlight my personal education, my philosophy toward education, and my experience and achievements in the field of education.

  • My interest in education, and in possibly becoming an educator began in my senior year of undergraduate study at Alfred University where I majored in Ceramic Engineering. During my senior year I was asked to be a Teachers Assistant/ Lab Assistant and was able to gain some instructional experience working with freshman from the engineering department, something I enjoyed more than I expected to.
  • After I graduated I eventually took a job with a fortune 500 company, and worked my way up to manager of 6-10 service centers. A large part of this position required me to train new employees and to teach new procedures and techniques to each location under my management. I felt this to be the most enjoyable and rewarding aspect of my position, and decided to switch careers to become an educator.
  • Since that time I have enrolled in the Masters of Education graduate program at Holy Family University where i am currently working toward my Masters in Education and my certification to teach secondary education in Pennsylvania, where I hope to soon be teaching Math and/or Science.
  • Below I have attached My System, which is an ongoing philosophy outlining how I plan to manage my classroom in order to maximize all my students learning potential.
