- I am an avid foodie, or gourmand. I enjoy all types of food and cooking styles and luckily I live in an area where all types of food, both prepared and raw ingredients are readily available. - I am a huge fan of Green Living and try to do my part in saving the environment.
- Following that trend I am an Animal Lover and find nature to be both fascinating and awe inspiring.
- I am a huge advocate of higher education, and feel that everyone should continue their education beyond required schooling, education should be a life-long activity.
