This picture is a nice summary of my general philosophy. Here I am in a nice suit at a formal event, tie loosened and goofy look on my face. I believe that attention must be paid to traditions, and maintaining the correct appearance and behavior for the task at hand. However it is important to interject your own personal twist on things when appropriate, and to never take yourself too seriously.
